Desk Exercise Series- Day 2- Shoulder Roll to Chest Stretch

1. Sit tall on your chair. Roll your shoulders up by your ears, and then roll them backwards while placing your hands on the chair behind you.
2. Grab on to the chair and hold this position while squeezing your shoulder blades behind you. You should feel a mild stretch in your chest and shoulders.
3. Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
