Desk Exercise Series- Day 1- Neck Stretch and Roll

1. Sit tall and place one hand in the small of your back. Push your chin backwards as if you were pushing the back of the head into a wall behind you.
2. Use the opposite hand to tilt your head to the side and enjoy a neck stretch. Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. Roll your head to the other side, push your chin back again, and take the neck stretch. Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
