Once a day, for 7 days, I will be posting my favorite posture exercise/stretches. I hope you play along!
This stretch is excellent for stretching the triceps, chest and lats all at once!
1. Kneel and place your elbows on a bench. Place your hands on the back of each shoulder if possible.
2. Drop your head between your arms and arch your back as much as possible. Flip your tailbone backwards. Make sure your knees are under your hips.
3. Hold this position for 1 minute.
