Once a day, for 7 days, I will be sharing our favorite posture stretches/exercises. I hope you PLAY ALONG!
1. Lie on your side with the knees bent and top knee stacked on top of the bottom. Make sure the knees stay stacked and that the top knee does not slide away from the bottom knee.
2. Open up the top arm to the side. Look at that hand. It will take some time for the body to relax and let the arm get down to the floor.
3. Hold this position for 1 minute on each side.
