In all seriousness, I follow a lot of blogs and websites, especially ones that are well written on the topic of exercise and body alignment.
One of my favorites right now is the team at Upright Health. And guess what… I got a chance to write a GUEST POST on their awesome blog! I am such a big fan of Matt and the work he’s doing on his site and also his YouTube channel. His videos are brilliant and I hope to produce such high quality content like he does each week.
The topic is “How to Shop for a Pilates Class That Will Help (Not Hurt) Your Posture”. This is a very important topic and I’m the best one to talk about this as I was a Pilates instructor for over 15 years before I became a Posture Therapist.
